Preface Imagine you’re just getting off work and it’s been a long day, all you want to do when you get home and sit back, relax and enjoy a healthy wholesome meal without the hassle of cooking it. This guide book is for you if can you can identify with any of the following: you’re always on the go, a working parent, have a career that involves a lot of traveling, don’t enjoy cooking your own meals, love eating out, a health conscious consumer. Let’s face it, everyone can’t meal prep or take their lunch to work. Some people have jobs where they are always traveling or have schedules so tight that it is hard to even fit in a meal to eat. I understand, I completely get it. That is why I decided to create this book. A lot of my clients ask me “what can I eat when I go out?” I believe that people should get in the habit of looking up the nutrition content of what they eat before they dine out. It may take some getting used to, but it could make all the difference of making smarter and better choices when eating out. Some of us are not there yet, so I created this guide book for the convenience of those that eat out often, but want to eat healthier and make informed decisions about their meals.
Kia Potts is a Richmond, VA native who believes that people established well-balanced wealthy lives by first living holistic healthy lives. She is a health and wellness coach that takes a holistic approach to health, which focuses on the overall well-being of an individual mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She aims to help people live balanced healthy lives so that they can be successful in life. Kia holds a Master Degree in Public Health and she is a Licensed Zumba instructor.
