Three universal forces are at work within you. Know them; use them; and, elevate yourself through their three stages. Become the Ultimate Hero you are meant to be. The Three Forces & You: The Most Fundamental Personality Typology unveils a treasure that has remained concealed in the writings of Eastern mysticism: the 3F personality typology. Born out of Persian Sufism, and backed by fascinating parallels found in ancient Indian and Western doctrines, the 3F typology is profound in explanation and yet easily accessible in its simplicity. From Self-knowledge devotees to those seeking relationship advice, vocational counseling, or even managerial insights, everyone can be greatly assisted by the 3F typology's timeless applications.

Fariba Rofougaran, PhD is a teacher, life coach in the Eastern traditions of Yoga and Sufism, and musician of world spirituality. Raised in a Sufi environment, educated in French Catholic schools and U.S. universities, and introduced to Buddhism and Hinduism in her early twenties, Fariba has dedicated her life to personal growth. For the past twenty years, she has been offering workshops, seminars, and private coaching to students abroad and in the Los Angeles area, coaching them towards the next level of their Divine potential. She has also translated and published four personal growth books from English to Persian, written several magazine articles about yoga and self-actualization, and produced and published two Sufi meditative music albums. Along with her academic program, Fariba studied and practiced the teachings of Eastern mystic traditions and Western transformational schools. After receiving her PhD from the University of Southern California (USC) in French literature with an emphasis on feminist theories and women studies and teaching in upper level institutions, Fariba left academia and travelled to the Middle East and India, to deepen an understanding of her own heritage as well as other Eastern traditions, and to integrate them with Western transformational self-development approaches. Besides learning from several highly qualified teachers, since 1992, Fariba has been a practitioner of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kundalini yoga. She is certified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, as well as a certified ayurvedic educator. For more in-depth understanding of the Eastern spiritual traditions, Fariba also dedicated two years to the study of Taoism and the practice Tai Chi. Sufi literature and music has been an integral part of Fariba’s spiritual practice and meditation teachings. Also know by her Sufi name, Heyraneh, she has composed Sufi music and chants, which have been produced and published in two albums, Prayers on Tanbour (2007), Promise to Freedom (2011). As Heyraneh, she has led meditative concerts in temples as well as yoga and cultural centers since 2005, performed in the World Festival of Sacred Music, Los Angeles in 2008, and was featured in the documentary and related soundtrack, “Dalai Lama Renaissance.”
