Write down 2 month goal All the way to 1 yr Have you done that? Most people fail from the start because they say ok gonna lose weight . Then go on diet and then week one so pretty good and maybe lose a few pounds. Then week 2 you lose a pound or 2 then you go eat a huge meal gain it all back and say 2 weeks for that.Guess what your back to old eating habits. Dont try to lose 50 lbs per month keep it 1-2 pounds per week or 6-8 lbs per month. So in 6 months you have lost that 50 lbs. Why lose weight , well ok look better, live longer, feel better, more energy. Write this down because if you write it down it tends to go into your sub consious mind.
